2867066 - Japanese characters in FDTA

Symptom

When you display the data medium in transaction FDTA, the Japanese (or other language) characters are displayed correctly.

However when you download the file and open it in editor (e.g., Excel), the characters are not being displayed correctly as they are in FDTA.
