2861646 - Not able to view Log Trace file from SAP Mobile Platform Cockpit

Symptom

Not possible to view Trace Log file in SAP Mobile Platform Cockpit. When closing Trace Log window, it is showing internal server error.

Below error found in the SMP server log while reproducing the issue:

  • #WARN#com.sap.mobile.platform.server.online.admin.logs.LogsHandler#http-bio-8083-exec-4#na####Exception:::Root cause:::  com.ibm.db2.jcc.am.SqlException: [jcc][t4][10120][10898][4.11.77] Invalid operation: result set is closed. ERRORCODE=-4470, SQLSTATE=null
