Symptom

The following "Identity Provider signing certificate has expired" email is received after updated Identity Provider (IdP) metadata has been uploaded to SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC):

  • "Signaturzertifikat des Identity-Providers abgelaufen" email received in German
  • Security Page found at Menu - System - Administration - Security shows expirity date of previous IdP metadata
