When a Time off Is Requested, and one of the Step approvers on the Workflow Involved is a Matrix Relationship (Custom, Matrix, Second, Additional Manager) :
- When the Request is Pending for Approval, the "To be approved" field on the Time off ESS and the workbench UI displays the Matrix Relationship name Instead of the Name of the Manager.
- When the Request has been approved, the "Approved by" field on the Time off Workbench UI displays the Matrix Relationship name Instead of the Name of the Manager.
- Also, if the workflow has the First approval step containing a Matrix Relationship, the Workflow trigger pop-up reads the Relationship name and not the Name of the Manager, despite having a Single Employee Relationship of this Kind. For Example, if an Employee has 2 custom Managers, the Workflow trigger would Indicate the Relationship name but despite having a single custom manager, the Pop-up displays the Relationship name as Highlighted below :
