you create two service tickets one after the other - the partner determination is only triggered for the first service ticket, the second time no partner determination is executed
popup to select a partner is not shown for the second transaction created after starting the Interaction Center, for example, the user can only select the service team for the first service ticket, pressing END does not help
- you create more than one tasks - only for the first task the correct partner is found
