After selecting the support team you choose a message processor assigned to that team. After selecting the processor, the support team is automatically deleted from the support team field.
IM_SUPP_TEAM_DISABLE is not active in AGS_WORK_CUSTOM and the message processor effected has been assigned to the support team in PPOMA_CRM.
