2819485 - Smartforms based on CRM_SLFN_ORDER_SERVICE_01 no longer work as expected after 7.2 SolMan upgrade

Symptom

  • In SolMan 7.1, Smartforms based on CRM_SLFN_ORDER_SERVICE_01 were used to send e-mails to users with updates about Incidents, but after upgrading to 7.2 you notice that the generated Smartform e-mails are missing some data ("Description" text, "Long Text" memo, etc.)
