2812380 - Signal 11 in fglk__send_prom_attn and ASE shuts down

Symptom

The ASE shuts down unexpectedly and the last thing in the errorlog is a signal 11 and stacktrace in function fglk__send_prom_attn.

Other routines you will see in the stacktrace are: fglk__promotefglk__check_and_promotefg_lock

You will also see that the spid which failed was also holding spinlock Resource->rlockpromotion_spin
