2802147 - Unable to start ASE with error message os_get_shmid write to *.krg failed: No space left on device

Symptom

Not able to start database ASE using startsap if started manually with startsever -f <RUN_file> will be reported the error:

kernel os_get_shmid: write to $SYBASE/ASE-XX_0/<Instace_name>.krg failed: No space left on device
kernel kbcreate: couldn't get shmid for kernel region.
kernel kistartup: could not create shared memory
