2800741 - pdb_execute_sql returns string value as binary when it runs a query on system tables -SRS

Symptom

  • Is there a way to make the query output of "pdb_execute_sql" readable from Rep Agent for MS SQL Server (RAM)?
  • Queries into MSSQL server using RAM isql command line provide binary output.
  • See below as an example, to find out a table's indexes:

    1> pdb_execute_sql "select name from sys.indexes where object_id = OBJECT_ID('dbo.T1')"
    2> go
    name
