2799758 -  SQL Command Editor doesn't work

Symptom

 When you use SQL Command Editor function in DBACOCKPIT to run any select command, following error appears:

 "Insufficient privilege to access specified tables"

If you check by T-code SU53, following information appears:

 "authorization check failed"
