"An exception with the type CX_SY_ITAB_LINE_NOT_FOUND was raised, but was not handled locally or declared in a RAISING clause" error in CRM Web UI after executing one of the following actions (or their correspondent customized versions) to pass change to test system:
- Pass Normal Change to Test (SMMJ_TO_BE_TESTED_MJ).
- Pass Urgent Change to Test (SMHF_TO_BE_TESTED).
