2775367 - Batch size on BCP doesn't respect a value greater than 65536 - SDK for SAP ASE

Symptom

BCP utility is not respecting the batch size (-b). Examples: -b90000 or 70000 or 80000. See:

% bcp dbtbcp..tbcp in bcp01 -c -b75000 -Uusername -Ppassword -Steste

Clock Time (ms.): total = 71677 Avg = 0 (20927.22 rows per sec.)

We can see it starts with 131072 and start to increasing by 65536.
