2769851 - SAP user in HANA DB has been locked due to log on failed to livecache

Symptom

Your SAP schema user is locked due to too many times failed log on attempt.
The users are possible to be SAPABAP1, SAPHANADB, SAPSR3 or SAP<SID>.

In developer trace you will see content similar as following:

B Connect to LCA as SAPABAP1 with <server name>:<port>
C Try to connect as SAPABAP1/<pwd>@<server name>:<port> on connection 2 ...
C *** ERROR => Connect to database failed, rc=1, rcSQL=10
[dbhdbsql.cpp 584]
................................................................................................................
C SQLCODE : 10
C SQLERRTEXT : authentication failed

"Connect to LCA"(Also possible LDA or LEA) has been highlighted as important, if you didn't see this information then this KBA is not available for your case.

However your connection via hdbuserstore to your HANA DB is working fine.
R3trans -d is also connected and your SAP system is still up and after you unlock the SAP schema user your system is still running fine.
