Symptom

  • Todos are visbile in the user interface on desktop environments, but are not visible on the SuccessFactors mobile application interface
  • Workflows are supported for mobile view, but can't be seen in the SF mobile application via various device types
  • Items are missing from the Todo List on the SF mobile application
