2756266 - Take Rules are not Working as Expected on Mobile App


  • Take rule is configured on Time type to raise messages with Error severity.

If the conditions in the take rule are met on the mobile app, a generic error appears instead of the error defined in message definition:

"Request cannot be processed due to an internal error"

  • If an info / warning severity message is set on the Take Rule, this does not appear on the mobile app at all.
