2754711 - SCP HTTP Destination - Basic Authentication - IDP sends back "HTTP code 200" and "SAMLRequest"


HTTP Destination with Basic Authentication does not work using Identity Authentication Service (IAS) Tenant as an Identity Provider (IDP) while calling  OData Provisioning service. The IAS as the IDP henceforward sends back "HTTP code 200" "SAMLRequest":
