Symptom

You are trying to run the functionality Ping Employee Central APIs in the report RP_HRSFEC_PTP_CONFIGURATION (transaction HRSFEC_PTP_CONFIG) and you are observing the following errors after this run:

  • SOAP login/logout has failed with exception: HTTP client - communication error
    SOAP login/logout HTTP status code:
    HTTP response could not be parsed. Please check the connection settings.
    SOAP login/logout has failed with exception: HTTP client - communication error
    OData query has failed with exception: HTTP client - communication error
    OData query has failed with HTTP status code 0 for object
    EmployeeDataReplicationConfirmation.
    OData query has failed with exception: HTTP client - communication error
    OData query has failed with HTTP status code 0 for object DataReplicationProxy.
