2731971 - End user (SOLMANREQU) is not able to select a Business Partner when using 'Manage Substitutes' in CRM Web UI

Symptom

End users (SOLMANREQU Business Role) work with Solution Manager Incident Management to handle IT incidents. When using 'Manage Substitutes' they are unable to select a Business Partner for substitution and the following behavior can be observed:

  • 0 Contacts are found when searching Business Partners for substitution without restrictions.

  • Error message 'Business Partner xxxxxxxxxx is invalid' (AI_CRM_UI 008) is displayed when a valid Business Partner is introduced manually.
