Symptom

  • The BI SIA/CMS is configured with SSL protocol
  • When logging in to BI via a custom SDK application, error occurs as:
    java.lang.NoClassDefFoundError: com/rsa/jsafe/provider/RevocationParameters
  • Stack trace is like below:
