Country Specific Bank Validation Message becomes an ERROR Message in Add New Hire Screen which will cause you not to proceed in hiring the employee even if you click the Ok button.

Now if you edit any existing payment information data in the system and save the transaction the ERROR message is only a WARNING message which is the expected behavior.
