2723302 - SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC) mobile app not able to logon to tenant, presented with alternate logon screen

Symptom

The following behaviour occurs in the SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC) mobile app for iPhone and iPad (iOS):

  • Attempting to login to SAC for iOS, the user is presented with a different login screen with title "SAP HANA XS Advanced".
  • User credentials do not authenticate and user is not allowed access.
  • SAC through a desktop web browser continues to work as usual.

The error messages below also occur:

  • Unable to verify username or password.
  • The redirect_URI has an invalid domain.
