Symptom

  • You are trying to access the IDM UI but are recieving the following errors:
    "Access Denied" "Service not available"

  • In the default trace you see the following error: 
    "[EXCEPTION]
    java.lang.RuntimeException: DB Connection manager encountered an exception during datasource lookup: Object not found in lookup of IDM_DataSource."
