2707465 - Backoffice not accessible with large number of languages

Symptom

During SAP Commerce platform startup application gets stuck for significant amount of time when large number of active languages is predefined (190 languages as a reference number). In SAP Commerce Cloud context this can overlap with pod restart acitivty after set timeout resulting in looped stucking.

Even setting

backoffice.fill.typefacade.cache.on.startup=false

will help with application startup but at the same time will seriously affect backoffice first login time and other parts of UI while after successful logon. Next attempts should not be affected by any more delay.
