2706167 - Fiori Launchpad error 'Your session has timed out. Click Refresh to reload the portal.' displays after some time inactivity

Symptom

After some period of inactivity (e.g: 30/40 minutes) your Fiori Launchpad on Enterprise Portal (FLP@EP) shows a Session Timeout error: Your session has timed out. Click Refresh to reload the portal. It may also occur sporadically, after very little time if there is a problem with the Portal Session Management.
