2682886 - Error when using "Logon Help" at portal login: „An error occured. Contact Your system administrator” - JmxSecurityException - Caller Guest not authorized

Symptom

You try to login to portal, but the process does not succeed, therefore you use  the „Get Support” function. When hitting the ’Submit’ button you get the following error:

„An error occured. Contact Your system administrator”

In the defaulTrace you can see the following exceptions:
