2678455 - "Data unit <path to RDBMS> is not signed." during SAP Solution Manager installation

Symptom

During the installation, SWPM does not accept the path to "Database DVD". The errors received are:

Data unit /.../DB2_FOR_LUW_10.5_FP***_LINUX_/LINUXX86_64 is not signed.
DETAILS: The found data unit must not be used.
SOLUTION: Ensure that you use the latest available version of RDBMS IBM Db2 for Linux, UNIX and Windows downloaded from the SAP Service Marketplace and ensure that its content is unchanged.

Or

Data unit C:\....\DB2 for LUW 10.5\WINDOWS_AMD64 is not signed.
DETAILS: The found data unit must not be used.
