2665402 - Cannot log on SM_WORKCENTER - SAP Solution Manager 7.2 SP05 and above

Symptom

You cannot log on t-code SM_WORKCENTER, and the following screen keeps appearing, even though the user and password is right. It seems the user isn't accepted and taken. While the other t-codes, such as SOLMAN_SETUP or LMDB are working normally.
