2661563 - No connected Diagnostics Agent available for assignment due to case sensitive servername - SAP Solution Manager 7.2

Symptom

When trying to assign a Diagnostics Agent to the Managed System configuration, the agent cannot be found for assignment although being connected and available in the Agent Administration.

This occurs to all Diagnostics Agent with an upper case servername connected in the Agent Administration.
