Environment

Success Factor installations may require information to be updated occasionally. Some common examples of this are the following:

Success Factors installation is missing a Cloud Administrator

-       Contact your CSM

-       The CIC team can assist in creating the initial Cloud Administrator & send detail to this user.

-       Open an incident with the XX-SER-SAPSMP-USR component and specify the user ID of the employee who should be the Cloud Super Administrator for your SFSF installation. Please allow for 48 business hours for replication

Requesting a "merge" of two contracts under one customer number

-       Contact your CSM

-       Create an incident under the Component XX-SER-SAPSMP-COE

Requesting a split of 1 customer # into new customer #'s

-       Contact your CSM

Requesting to change the customer name

-       Contact your CSM

No Success Factors installations

-       Contact your CSM

-       Contact the Contracts department

An installation has been created but there are no systems (tenants)

-       Contact your CSM

-       Contact CIC

To add or Move a tenant

-       Contact your CSM/ Account Executive
