Symptom

Upgrade fails in phase PREP_SHDTABLES/RUN_RSINCGEN_IMP with error message:

Check the failed job RSINCGEN by transaction SM37, the job log has below record:

Internal session terminated with a runtime error RAISE_EXCEPTION (see ST22)

Check the dump RAISE_EXCEPTION by transaction ST22, it has below record:

In SM37, click the "Job Details" button on RSINCGEN, the "Executing Server" is distributed to a different server other than the server running SUM.

For example, SUM is running on PAS server, but the job is distributed to one of the AAS servers.
