2631528 - The std_server.out file size is increasing, flooded with CPIC logs

Symptom

Size of std_server*.out files are increasing rapidly (can be even more than 5 gigabytes). File size increasing stops only after resaving CPIC trace level in nwa from 0 to 1, and then back to 0.

In std_server*.out file you can see the following logs for example:
