Symptom

  • REFRESH_ADMIN_DATA_FROM_SUPPORT job cancelled with UNCAUGHT_EXCEPTION.
    "Internal session terminated with a runtime error UNCAUGHT_EXCEPTION (see ST22)" is reported in the job log.

    Short dump similar like below is detected in ST22.

    Error analysis

    An exception has occurred which is explained in more detail below. The
    exception, which is assigned to class 'CX_LMDB_SERVCON_NO_SUCH_SYSTEM' was not
    caught and
    therefore caused a runtime error. The reason for the exception is:
    cannot find the technical system <SID>(Technical system type) in the LMDB

  • "Cannot find extended SID '<SID>(technical system type)' in LMDB namespace 'active'. " is displayed while opening this technical system in LMDB.
