2623650 - Locking Policy Exception on editing an iview in portal PCD content

Symptom

On editing any iview and clicking on 'Save',  the following error message appears:

 !  Could not perform operation. Try again later or contact your system administrator.

The following exception is found in defaultTrace file

***Locking Policy Exception:
com.sap.portal.adminstudio.ilockingpolicy.LockingPolicyException: Exception occurred while trying to release the lock for object:pcd:portal_content/com.sap.pct/line_manager/.....
