- You are working with the Process Integration (PI) or Process Orchestration (PO) Integration Builder tools
- The Enterprise Services Repository (ESR) or Integration Directory tools have opened successfully i.e. no errors were reported when launching the tools or when logging on
- The icon for ESR or Directory is visible in the Task Bar but the window is minimized
- You are unable to maximize the window
- This can happen in Citrix clients, Windows Operating Systems and possibly other Operating Systems
