When ticket statuses are changed, an error occurs "Something went wrong! Please contact your system administrator"
An Agent changes the status of the incident to complete then employee gets an option to reject or confirm the incident.
- When an employee rejects the solution provided there is an error.
- When an employee confirms the incident then nothing happens the system is still asking again to reject or confirm the incident.
