2610183 - User Experiencing Monitoring shows 'No Data Available' for the scripts executions

Symptom

The User Experience Monitoring scripts have status running, however the EEM UI Dashboard shows message 'No Data Available'. The following picture describes the issue:

The eem.log of the EEM Robots shows the following error message to call the notification web web service:
