2610171 - Internal Server Error encountered when refreshing a webi report in BILP

Symptom

  • The following error is encountered when refreshing a Web Intelligence (Webi) report in BI Launch Pad (BILP):
    Internal Server Error:
    The server encountered an internal error or misconfiguration and was unable to complete your request.
    Please contact the server administrator, root@localhost and inform them of hte time the error occurred, and anything you might have done thay may have caused the error.
    More information about this error may be available in the server error log.
    Apache/<VERSION> (<OS>) Server at <HOST> Port <PORT>

  • Prompts with a larger amount of data may display a loading behaviour indefinitely (Eg. When Start/End time is set to a large range)
  • The issue only occurs when the Apache URL is used, directly through Tomcat, the issue does not occur.
