2607417 - SAM Overview doesn't report all the information in Solution Manager

Symptom

The latest monthly information is not displayed in Service Availabilty Management of Solution Manager in the Monthly reporting. In the example below, other months are expected to be displayed in the Monthly Report, but only one month (Dec 2017) is displayed.
