2595910 - MRS demand status not updated from Service Manager - Agentry

Symptom

When a service order status is updated from Service Manager, the status is not reflecting in MRS, but the service order item status is updated without issue.

If the service order item status is updated in CRM then it always transfers to the MRS assignment status, it's only when the update is triggered from Service Manager that the issue exists.
