  • Cannot access Line Opener Program (LOP)
  • LOP will not accept the new Launchpad password
  • Cannot use LOP after changing Launchpad password
  • LOP not accepting password after performing password reset in Launchpad
  • SM_LOP RFC connection is working but getting an error
  • Error: communication_error (send), code: 401 message: Unauthorized
  • Error: Problem occured during request determination. Communication error: check network and RFC destination
