When you 'Check' or run a HCI Task from IBP system, it fails due to the error (in Application Logs):
Exception 'Error (id=SOAP:1023): SRT: Processing error in
Internet Communication Framework: ("Connect to
proxy.byd.sap.corp:8080 failed: NIECONN_REFUSED(-10)"0'"
You can also see a similar error when you 'Check' the Application Job in IBP, verified by finding the above error in the Application Log:
"Connection to SAP CPI system fails with port ZCA_100_FJADLJLAHGLKJADFALKJDFAKXJU, user WebServicesUser"
