Symptom

  • In iOS 11.1, the SAP Work Manager application (or any Agentry application) that uses a message box may freeze
  • Any user elements that can trigger an action, including but not limited to the following may freeze an Agentry client in iOS 11.1:
    • Actions/Toolbar/Control button actions
    • Hyperlink actions
    • OpenUI actions
    • Inline tile actions (this may not be likely to trigger a message box)
    • Single/Double click actions
  • Any Agentry built-in message box may have this issue:
    • Login
    • About box
    • Password change
    • Idle timeout
    • Module Menu
