2577143 - Communication channel displays empty result when Ping Channel is executed

Symptom

When performing a Ping Channel in Communication Channel Monitoring, the result is an empty table, and no information about the ping status is provided.

If you go to the Log Viewer, it is possible to see error entries like:

"Cluster event delivery failed for server node <servernode>: Participant [<servernode>] did not return a response in the specified timeout of [15000] ms"

"Admin exception thrownUnable to retrieve channel self-test results"
