2570611 - Manually created order proposal still use old number range

Symptom

The planning run terminates with error message 61 513 ("Number range &1 for object &2 nearly exhausted") because the number range is nearly exhausted for procurement elements such as Planned orders, Purchase requisitions, Stock transfer reservations. You have followed Note 531599 to set up a new number range interval in transaction code OMI2 and reset number range buffer in transaction code SM56 after extending the interval. However when new planned orders are created in transaction code MD11 manually, planned order is still generated from old number range.
