Symptom

  • Presence Profile for some agents showing Profile Name as "Undefined" in the Agent Work Done reports

  • In addition, the "Agent Statistics" view in the OM displays empty entries (although agents are logged on with a presence profile like "Available" in CDT)
  • The problem is random
