  • Unable to connect to platform agent on OS
  • Process server is in connecting status
  • Operator messges:
    • JCS-116010: Platform agent reports: Refusing connection from server with SystemId <sap system ID> and ProcessServer <process server name>, Reply Status: Not Required Service "PlatformAgentService" on process server "<process server name>" stopped unexpectedly., Reply Status: Not Required
