During Software Package Browser phase in Software Provisioning Manager (SWPM), the status for SAPEXE.SAR is "Still missing" despite providing a variety of SAPEXE.SAR files that was downloaded from Launchpad.
In sapinst_dev.log, you see the same error:
<value>SAPEXE.SAR (any version supporting your release)</value>
KBA , BC-INS-NT , Installation Windows , Problem
