2551279 - Problems related to Outbound Text Messages (SMS) in Agent Inbox

Symptom

You have enabled the functionality of sending Text Message in CRM when saving a Sales Order according to SAP Note 2007648. And you may encounter following problems after enabling searching Text Message in Agent Inbox:

  • You cannot find or navigate to the text messages you have sent in the agent inbox.
  • You get error message "Selected Inbox item could not be displayed".
