2551092 - Delete results in FP index corruption and stacktrace in s_TokenCountTable::ReAllocate -- SAP IQ16.0

Symptom

Execution of a delete statement on a newly upgraded nearly 1TB sized table results in FP index corruption and subsequent loads and deletes on the table will result in the following non-fatal stacktrace

s_TokenCountTable::ReAllocate
s_dpNBit::Initialize
hs_dp::CreateDictionary
hs_dp::hs_dp
db_IndexDef::OpenSIndexWithLock
db_IndexDef::OpenSIndex
db_IndexDef::OpenSIdxInsert
df_IdxDefAndInserter::OpenIndexInserter
df_Table::AddIndexDef
opt_Load::OpenSingleColumnIndexes
opt_LoadTable::GenerateDFEs
opt_Driver::GenerateTree
db_LoadTable::Execute
st_command::DoCmdThroughResourceGate
st_iqdml::Load
UIQDML_LOAD

On executing sp_iqcheckdb on the nBit indexes will show some of the indexes resulting in 'FP blockmap entries mismatch' error.
